Frian Wadia MNZM

Chair and Founder

Frian is a parent of disabled children, educator, facilitator, advocate for inclusion, and a community leader across various spaces. She is passionate about inclusion and equity through a disability rights, social justice, neuroscience and trauma informed lens.

Joanne Dacombe

Treasurer

Joanne is an autistic adult, disability advocate, community leader, and board member on various organisations. She is the parent of a disabled son, and a grandparent of an autistic grandson.

Jane Bawden

Trustee

Jane is a dedicated advocate for inclusion and support and has extensive experience in law, governance, and operations across the disability sector. As a mum and ally to her adult son with high support needs, she brings personal and professional expertise.
